Giving up Share

Sharing is a large part of of social media and most social media sites have this ability. But that’s not the extent of them. Many sites from newspapers, shopping, news, blogs, etc., have this function built into their sites. It’d be quite difficult to stop using it. It is a large part of what I do. I see an article, picture, video, product I like and I’ll share it to people and give a little blurb about it. It also propels stories into the spotlight.

A lot of what goes on around the world is online now. Sports is everywhere; people live tweet games. They tweet stats, highlights, images, opinions, plays, and just really get into it with other people watching that game. If someone tweets something that is great, people will share that. That’s not just limited to sports, there are people who write about what’s going on in the world and people will read and share it, if it’s liked.

Being able to share something is an incredible feature. It allows people to really share information on the web without having to tell people where to go and what it’s about. Just a simple click and an article, video, image is shared to all of your friends that are following you. It not only gives your followers and friends that information you are sharing, but it also gives credit to whomever was the original author of said media.
