The service I selected was Dropbox.
My husband uses it for his business under his name and it is a free account to anyone but you can get a business account that varies on price according to the size of the business, how many employees use it and so forth.
The storage they provide is for documents, media files, pictures, etc.
Dropbox for business gives you five accounts with license to all your documents that can be accessed without having to share a link as you do with the free account. The monthly fee is $75 a month or the price is reduced if you sign up for a year.
As a current user of this cloud service, I can attest to its safety and privacy, we have not had problems with its secure servers. What we have seen happen is that the server is down more often than I would like, thus making some of our documents non accessible at different computers or some of them only available at one computer.
The most helpful feature is that they have a mobile app that can be used anytime, anywhere; you just need a fast WiFi connection.
