With three games on TV for Thanksgiving, here are some things you should take into consideration for picking winners for these games. Two games are divisional matches and the last game is an in-conference match up. One thing you can always count on division a match, is that they are always unpredictable. Here are my predictions for the Thanksgiving Games.
Minnesota Vikings vs Detroit Lions
These two teams are meeting for their final divisional matchup against each other for the 2016 season. In the first game, the Lions beat the Vikings in Minnesota, 22-16. so what should we look for in this game in Michigan? I would look for if Sam Bradford can establish a rhythm for himself and the Vikings offense. The Vikings are putting up 302 yards of total offense and giving up 308 yards on defense, while the Lions are putting up 337 yards of offense and giving up 366 yards of offense. I think Bradford will get in his rhythm and the Vikings will get revenge on the Lions for the loss at home in Week 9. Vikings win 24-17.
Washington Redskins vs Dallas Cowboys
Another divisional gam between the Cowboys and Redskins this week. Another Showdown between the Cowboys and Indians. In the first meeting this year, the Cowboys won in Washington D.C. 27-23 and Dallas has been rolling ever since. Who would have thought Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott would make the mark on the NFL that they have this year? In Dallas, I don’t see any way the Cowboys lose at home, and the eight-game winning streak will extend to nine. Cowboys win 31-10.
Pittsburgh Steelers vs Indianapolis Colts
Pittsburgh is coming off of a heart breaking loss to the Cowboys last week when Ezekiel Elliott ran a 32 yard touchdown with under a minute left in the game and the Steelers lost 35-30 last weekend in Pittsburgh. The Colts are coming off of a bye week and the week before beating the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Unfortunately, I think the bye week is going to disrupt the momentum the Colts were going to mount for this game and the Steelers will avenge last weeks heart-break. Steelers win 31-24. Also, Antonio Brown will be eating the turkey after the game as the MVP.
