A Happier Thanksgiving

Are you looking for easy ways to use tech to get through Thanksgiving? Whether your Thanksgiving starts out at 6 a.m. prepping the turkey or a little later with the Macy’s Day Parade or a big drive (Google Maps) to a friend or families house, your tech can make it a happier Thanksgiving. We’re going to focus on how tech can help you survive cooking a really BIG meal!

First if you’re too busy to get over to the grocery store, consider using Instacart to shop online and have your groceries delivered. First, if you’re like me, I don’t cook a bird the size of a turkey everyday so it’s a bit of a unwieldy task. If you find you have questions, call the Butterball Turkey Talk Line 6a-6p.

Since there’s more to the dinner than just the Turkey use AllRecipes to browse for great sides and desserts. Their users can save recipes, and the recipes are rated by them as well with comments on the recipes to help you out. You might consider using Alexa or Siri voice activation to ask Google questions about measurement, etc.

While the crescent rolls are rising, carve out a minute to breathe and try listening to apps like Relax Melodies or Buddhify to feel some calm during the big day.
